How can we help?

Pot Order is a quick, cozy arcade game — but if something isn't working or you have a question, here are the common ones. Can't find your answer? Email us; we read every message.

How do I play?
The pot lists the ingredients it wants at the top of the screen. Ingredients ride the conveyor loop — press and hold the matching one and release to toss it into the pot. Fill orders to score, chain matches for combos, and don't let the belt overflow. A short how-to-play guide pops up automatically the first time you start a game.
How do I see the how-to-play guide again?
Tap the “?” button in the top-right corner during a game. The game pauses while the guide is open and resumes exactly where it left off when you close it.
What's the difference between Endless and Campaign?
Endless is one open-ended run — survive as long as you can and chase a high score. Campaign is a series of hand-built levels, each with an order target you hit to advance to the next one.
Are my scores and progress saved?
Yes. Your high score, the Campaign levels you've unlocked, and your settings are saved locally on your device. There's no account and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Does Pot Order need an internet connection?
No. The game is fully playable offline and never makes network requests. You can play in airplane mode.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
None. Pot Order is free, with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no paywalls — the whole game is yours from the start.
How do I turn haptics (vibration) on or off?
Use the Haptics toggle on the main menu, just below the Campaign button. Your choice is remembered for next time.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy, simply explained

Last updated: June 24, 2026. This policy applies to the Pot Order iOS application published by Mark Utility Labs.

🔒

Short version: Pot Order collects nothing. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and makes no network requests. Your scores and settings stay on your device, and we never see them.

1. What data the app handles

Pot Order is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. The only data it creates is your gameplay state: your high score, which Campaign levels you've unlocked, and your settings (such as the haptics toggle). That's it — there's no profile, no contact info, and no usage history.

2. How it's stored

This data is saved locally on your device using the app's on-device storage. It never leaves your phone, is never transmitted, and is not backed up to any server we control. Deleting Pot Order removes this data from your device completely.

3. What we do NOT collect

To be completely clear, Pot Order does not include any of the following:

Because of this, we have no way to see, receive, or store any of your information.

4. Permissions

Pot Order requests no special permissions. It uses the system haptics (vibration) engine for in-game feedback, which does not require a permission prompt and reveals nothing about you.

5. Children's privacy

Pot Order is suitable for all ages and is not directed specifically at children under 13. Because it collects no personal data whatsoever, it collects none from children either.

6. Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
